In some cases there may be an additional fee for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Remote Areas like islands or other locales where there is limited shipping company coverage. If you are in one of these areas, you will receive a call from a Dazadi representative with an extra fee if applicable.
Order Processing Time
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays). Please call us at 888-460-7920 for quotes on expedited shipping.
Items typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
Small packages are shipped by FedEx or UPS. However, when it is best for you, we may ship using USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on select items.
Oversized and heavy items over 150 lbs are shipped using our Self-Service Delivery which requires that you remove the item from the truck and move it into your home yourself. However, upgraded delivery is available for a small additional fee. Please contact Dazadi at 888-460-7920 for more information. The shipping company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time. Typically, deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery and inspect it at the scheduled delivery time. Additional charges will apply if the carrier must store the item and/or return your item due to a missed appointment or an inability to set up an appointment.
When your item is delivered, immediately count the cartons and inspect them on all sides for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for a carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that major damage has occurred, note the damage on the shipping receipt and contact us immediately at 888-460-7920.

At Dazadi, we believe your online shopping experience should be awesome from the first click to the first dunk. Our goal is total satisfaction - that's why we make returning your item as easy as possible! We will always refund the full price of the item as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
Please just follow these simple instructions:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: We need this number to process your return. To obtain an RMA number, see our super simple instructions below.
Ship your item to our Return Center (address listed below): The helpful Customer Service Associates at Dazad will get you the appropriate shipping labels. The discounted return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Pay no restocking fee: It's never awesome to pay for the same item twice. Dazadi does not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
What items are eligible for return?
Most of Dazadi's awesome selection can be returned within 30 days of receiving your item(s) as long as it's returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Sorry, we can't offer refunds on products that show clear signs of use. Additional restrictions may apply. Please contact us for more information.
How do I return an eligible item?

Can I use a shipping company or carrier of my choice to return an item?
Yes, but you still have to get an RMA number from Dazadi before shipping. After you receive your RMA number, ship your item(s) back to our Return Center at this address:

Please ship the item using a dependable carrier who can provide tracking, insurance and proof of delivery in order to ensure that your item is received in the best possible condition. Dazadi is not responsible for shipments lost during return shipping or damage resulting from improper handling or improper packaging.
Please do not send returns to Dazadi's corporate headquarters or any address you may find in your original shipping documents. Dazadi may decide that a refund can be issued without a return. If this is the case, a Customer Service Associate will let you know that you that you don't have to ship the item back for a refund.
Can I refuse a delivery?
No. Returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Sorry, we can't issue refunds for returns that don't follow our return procedure.
Does Dazadi charge a restocking fee?
No. At Dazadi, we want to make the return experience as painless as possible. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items with Free Shipping will be refunded in full. Other items will be refunded the item price only, not including the original shipping costs.
What are the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs will vary depending on the item and your location. By printing Dazadi's shipping labels, you can take advantage of our shipping discounts! This means that the return shipping costs will usually be much less than those of other shipping companies. If you do decide to use one of Dazadi's shipping labels, we'll include a calculation of your refund amount along with your RMA. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
How soon will I receive my refund after I've returned my item?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after your product has been delivered to our Return Center for your refund to be processed. Remember that it may take up to one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will only be issued via the payment method used to make the original purchase.
What if I purchased the item through an Online Marketplace?
If you purchased an item from Dazadi through an Online Marketplace (like Amazon), Dazadi's Return Procedure still applies. Please understand that when an item is returned to us, the refunds can only be issued through the Online Marketplace where the purchase was originally made.
Can I exchange for a different size? Color? Item?
Unfortunately, we cannot do straight exchanges. Please follow the return procedure then contact us to place a new order.
I received the item as a gift, can I return it for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit for returns. Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer.
What if I receive the incorrect item?
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the item. If you received an incorrect item as the result of a Dazadi error, you won't pay a cent toward return shipping costs. Dazadi will decide whether to replace a product or offer a full refund.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the unlikely event that your order is missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact Dazadi Customer Service at 888-460-7920 within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you a replacement product or replacement parts at absolutely no cost to you.
